Hello!

I grew up in Berkeley, California playing a variety of sports competitively and recreationally including soccer, track/cross country, and ultimate frisbee. I continued to play soccer at UCSB and have been able to continue playing semi-professionally in Southern California, the Bay Area, and in Greece.

I am currently a Private Strength and Conditioning Coach in Boston, MA. I am also currently an Exercise Specialist as Harvard Business School. I recently worked as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. I have experience working at UC Berkeley, St Mary’s College of California, Oakland Roots SC, and in the private sector working with general population and high school athletes. My goal is to guide my clients to higher levels of physical fitness and physical education to encourage the creation of new habits that lead to success. 

How do I measure success? When I know you walk away feeling like you took a step towards your goals. Whether that be physical, emotional, or mental, what's important is that we build habits that are sustainable.
