Hello!

I grew up in Berkeley, California playing a variety of sports competitively and recreationally including soccer, track/cross country, and ultimate frisbee. I continued to play soccer at UCSB and have been able to continue playing semi-professionally in Southern California, the Bay Area, and in Greece.

I am currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach working independently and with Mass General Hospital Non-profit, Home Base, supporting veterans in Boston, MA. I recently worked as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. I have experience working with military, collegiate sports, professional soccer, and in the private sector. My goal is to guide my clients to higher levels of physical fitness and physical education to encourage the creation of new habits that lead to success while reducing the likelihood of injury.
